Thoughts on this? I dont know anything about villian at this point. I dont normally play on FTP as you are all a bunch of nut peddling nits.

Preflop - ive got pretty bad AA so decided not to 3bet, peel a flop and take from there? Can somebody tell me why 3betting is better than not 3 betting in this spot?

Flop - c/r good/bad/other

Turn - good/bad/other

thoughts in general please.

Pre-Flop call is my standard here. I actually only re-raise double suited aces and other randomizing hands but thats just my line.

Flop I usually bet out - nice flop to bet out because you know the only cards you want to avoid are T J Q. Your hand is fairly weak though - helped a bit by AA- but I would be pretty unhappy building a huge pot with it out of position. (BTW pot is only huge to me because I play PLOH100, lol)

If FT is really nitty I might check back the turn and possibly fold to PSB from CO on the turn if I suspect he might be the kind of player to trap with top set.

Because even AAK3r is still a way above average hand, and no one ever puts you on AA when you 3-bet any more anyway. You'll probably get called lighter on A-hi boards then you would otherwise. If you've been playing passively preflop or something, then go ahead and flat, but otherwise, I'd say it's probably unnecessary. Now, if you were $1000 deep and SB 3-bet, then I could see flatting the reraise instead of 4-betting as that would give away your hand.

I think it's just like Stars. Sometimes the games are good, sometimes they're not. The only difference is that Stars gets a little higher volume so you have more games to choose from.
