well I didn't know he wasn't paying until today, so not sure of the house's reaction.

Being 1500 short, I am pretty sure the house ate it, or was chopped up between the biggest winning players and the house?

The guy who got loaned the credit seemed to always pay back his loans and **** promptly. (according to everyone there )

This was the first time they had hosted a game like this, so I expected a few issues. But not someone bailing on 55k debt

It should definitely be the house's problem in a game like this. They should be paying out all of the winners and it should be their responsibility to collect the debt from the losers.

This is the majority of their responsibility since I am assuming they are taking a ton of rake from the game.

At least in any of the private and semi-private games I've played in, they take a ton of rake out and this is basically their job in return.

Played in a game today where this exact situation was talked about. the guy who actually was the guy who is gonna (or did alredy?) bail on the debt was there and was dumping a lot of cash into this game (this game was at a local card room at a dog track, so obv had to have cash).

He openly was talking about the situation (i wasnt there at the time, but a good reg who is a friend of mine was telling me about it).

He lost like 8k er so in the game i was in and left. (his last bullet was 500 at a 5-5- 25 button PLO game)

Check out Eskimo's graph in SSPLO. He is a winning reg at 200plo I believe, has played 1.3mil hands and is losing money. However he is 350 buy ins below AIEV and his EV is +6 or 7 thousand BB's.

wtf am i supposed to do when i keep going through periods like this where i just can't f win any allin pots. not to mention the ****ing shocking bustout hands from ftops events i played.

luckily for me, i never finished watching the wire so everytime i've had to tiltbreaker quit or whatever i've had some quality programming to cath up on. but seriously wtf.
