Ok so this may be on TED as well but I found the link to what I was refering to on Youtube, its in two parts. The second video is the one where he discusses the placebo effect, the "nocebo" and other stuff relating to that but I would just watch both, as they are under 20 minutes combined.

Now these interviews are in the interest of promoting "tapping" to some extent, but the information in them is fascinating. I don't know very much about tapping but I do plan to become better informed in the near future. A quick summation of tapping therapy can be found here.

Fwiw I only grind my teeth when I take too much. If you try it again take 1/2 a pill.

alot of drinking gatorade and i think like 4 pee bottles.

I took 1 30mg the first time I did it and was like holy ****. Now when I do it I will take 1/2 first then 1/4 pills throughout. Def was taking to much at first and thats probably why i was grinding them so much

i wish i had the precision to use pee bottles, but if i'm playing the amount of tables required to make a pee bottle acceptable i wouldn't be able to concentrate enough on either, making -ev decisoions while playing or pissing on my floor.

hey guys, people who usually play on live games, how you do to track your results ? which win rate is good to live games? i am thinking about win rate, and looks like its hard to put live things in win rate because i guess i should look for 50ptbb lol.

i guess i will make goals like ''1k/day'' or ''1k per 8hrs session which is 100k month if i play 10days per month''. its easier.. but i am having hard trouble to figure how much i will make in this games, looks its impossible make some goals. anyone here grinding live games and have somthing to help me ? any tips on this stuff ?

i am usually very lazy, but since new year i am going to be very organizated etc.
