No clue it was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. We were all in disbelief at what we were seeing. If it would have been deep in a $10 online tournament, i still wouldnt have believed it. I'm sure it will be on tv, because this was at 3 tables, and we were the outer table and he was the only guy they mic'd up. I guess they thought he would be good tv.

Wow that is nuts. It is too bad you were not the beneficiary of any of his punting....

Legendary run. It was cool to follow yourself, atimos, and raptor as three old-school and successful online names making deep runs.

I'm guessing not super life changing money for you at this point but anything exciting planned to do/buy?

lol wow... that's insane.

Nice run man.

Nothing planned. If I was going to splurge I'd probably buy an Audi A8 or a Tesla but I probably won't. Boring I know.

Also James Alexander is on drugs apparently, spewed off 17 mill in chips in like 30 mins lol
Level 32: 100,000-200,000, 30,000 ante

Hand #108: From under the gun Maxx Coleman moved all in for 1,615,000 and James Alexander called next to act.
Coleman: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Alexander: {J-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
The board ran out {5-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Coleman doubled through as Alexander slipped to 15,750,000 in chips.

Hand #109
: From under the gun James Alexander raised to 425,000 only to have David Benefield move all in from the small blind for 2,915,000. Alexander made the call and the cards were tabled.
Benefield: {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}
Alexander: {A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
The board ran out {7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{2-Clubs}{7-Spades} and Benefield faded the flush draw and the rivered two-outer to double through to roughly 6 million.

Hand #110: Matthew Reed opened to 400,000 from the cutoff before James Alexander three-bet to 1.1 million. Reed folded and Alexander won the pot.

Hand #112: From the button, James Alexander raised to 425,000 and Rep Porter moved all in from the big blind. Alexander folded and slipped to roughly 12,640,000 in chips.

Hand #114: James Alexander opened to 600,000 from late position and Matthew Reed three-bet to 1.6 million from the big blind and Alexander folded.

Hand #119: James Alexander raised to 475,000 from the button, Rep Porter shoved for 4,545,000 from the big blind, and Alexander decided to call.
Porter: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Alexander: {A-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Alexander made another big call with ace-deuce, and this time it almost paid off. The flop came down {A-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, giving Alexander top pair. The {4-Clubs} on the turn left Porter with two outs to stay alive, and he was able to get there with the {9-Clubs} on the river. Porter doubled to 9.5 million, and Alexander's stack took another dive.

Hand #126: James Alexander moved all in from the button and won the blinds and antes

Hand #128: From middle position James Alexander shoved all in and everyone folded.

Hand #129:
From under the gun James Alexander moved all in for 7,650,000 and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #130: James Alexander got a walk in the big blind.

Hand #131: Amir Lehavot raised to 400,000 from middle position, and James Alexander called from the big blind. The {J-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop was an action inducer; Alexander checked, Lehavot bet 500,000, and Alexander check-raised all in. Lehavot snap-called for 5,915,000 total and was at risk.
Alexander: {J-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Lehavot: {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}
Turn: {5-Spades}
River: {4-Spades}

Hand #136: David Benefield raised all in from the small blind and James Alexander made the call from the big blind for his last 1,560,000.
Benefield: {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Alexander: {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
The flop {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} to see Benefield find four more outs, but when the {10-Diamonds} and {7-Hearts} completed the board on the turn and river, Alexander doubled through to 3,330,000 as Benefield slipped to just under 9 million in chips.

I guess I was sleeping at the time this was going on since I missed it. I gathered some hands from his play and downfall. The dude was monkey tilting for sure, hands 126-131 was probably quite foggy in his head :P Quite rough meltdown. Just couldnt handle the setbacks pressure I guess..

I never post in this forum, but just wanted to comment on the James Alexander talk. I know him personally, been playing home cash games with him and his brother for years. I don't believe he's on drugs as he is a very smart guy, he just has some really wicked tilt issues. I think he just crumbled under the pressure...

If it isnt drugs/drink or sold >100% of his action then he will regret not composing himself for the rest of his life. Like everyone says, you only get put in these situations once or maybe twice in a lifetime. 17m woulda been a healthy stack for FT wtf was he so tilt about???????????

There are many places where home cash games are illegal. I'm not sure why people come on public forums and say such things. Next time just say you've played in "cash games with him."
