I've seen plenty of people questioning whether to get in AA pre-flop before or not but it was just the fact you said "your never behind preflop" only to then say it might not be a great idea to get it in 250bb deep.
If you are never behind pre-flop then it shouldn't matter how deep you are.
Of course, there are some rare situations where you could be behind pre-flop with bad AA; but those situations are few and far between. And often when you've realised you might be behind you have too much invested to not GII.
