just getting back into omaha again after a long break..
pf - villain is a complete donk playing almost every hand and potting it every chance he gets, folds a lot to playing back
flop - decent enough to see the turn, should i have raised here maybe?
turn - maybe should have just called since hes going to call my raise almost every time?

yeah, you probably shouldnt raise that turn, calling is fine
don't try to reraise dummies without really strong hand

the main idea of reraising such hands is a semibluff (or getting max value if you belive villian have similar draw w/o pairs, for example):
you either make him fold or if he calls you still have outs. but vs bad players your FE edge is going to 0

I don't think calling is fine on turn b/c he only has four 7 to his nutdraw - all other draws are not strong enough to justify a call imho.

I prefer just c/f flop and dont mind turn as played.
