Noticed afterwards that I folded once during a bunch of flips with a buddy. What should be done?

flip one more time for the same amount of money and he has the option of folding pre

We did a flip and I lost. Our flips previously were in PLO but this time we did it in no limit holdem, which I didn't realize until after i posted the big blind.

if he says nothing then nothing i guess. I always make it a rule that folding = half the flip shipped to opponent even if its an aquantince I know isnt angling

Flipping one more time where he can fold wont get the deal running. He might have a good hand unlike you had.

I would give him one free fold for the future, whenever he likes to (at same stakes).

Heh? The hero of this thread folded a bad hand. So the only way to get this even is if the opp can fold a bad hand too.
If hero folded a good hand .. his problem, the price he has to pay then.

If hero folded a good hand .. his problem, the price he has to pay then.

If friend can fold whenever in the future, his perfect strategy is to wait until he has the absolute worst hand possible and will save more EV (in other words, gain more Sklansky$) than hero saved by folding random "<50% against random hand" cards. Of course this may serve as an additional punishment for hero, if that's what is desired...
