Villian is playing 30/22/4 with 17% 3bet

I defend cause i have seen villian 3betting from the btn quite a few times and obv this hand can flop really well.

I decides to check this flop. Not sure if thats the correct play or if i am better off leading? My assumption was villian was gonna cbet here a lot of the time. Once the A hits the turn i decide to check again, now villian bets.
Whats my best play here flat and see the river, or raise? and we do we do when he repops?

Definetly dont raise here. worst case scenario you pay this $3 and 9$ on the river to AA, but you calls get AQXX to maybe pay you off.

Raising on the turn will let QQ and AA get full value from you, which is definetly in their range, but not enough to fold the turn bet.
