If villain has a high flush on the river, I'm guessing he flopped two pair (or set) with K; the flop bet likely indicates a decent made hand. The turn also fits this type of hand. So the line does make sense with a K flush. Of course, he could have a set (which doesn't have immediate odds to call the turn, but I do see these calls made quite often), figure that you have the straight, and be bluffing the river with the K blocker some of the time after you checked.

Readless I just assume he has it and make notes when someone else calls and catches him bluffing.

Lead flop.
As played check/raising turn is good.
Check/call river if aggresive, check/fold if passive.

Fold.

The only draw on the turn "got there". Also, there are numerous nut, Q high and J high flushes in his range. I think he would bet these the same way given your check on the river. To call we would have to think villain is capable of turning two pair/set type hands into a bluff. Given his preflop 65/10 fishy stats I think he wouldn't.

I would probably be making some type of bet on the river though. Whether that is too thin or not is another question I suppose.
