after i isolate the weaker player i dont like folding to his small reraise+i have position

I think that bet fold on the river in hand 1 is completely fine. I mean what exactly is his river c/r range here other than the nuts, or sometimes maybe the same straight (which would be kinda sick).

2 I check back river, I think. Maybe too nitty though.
