When you are at a table with extremely loose players i.e. six handed and the tightest player has VPIP of 40, is it best to simply play ABC and only play the nuts?

Should I be C-betting w/ air ever at these tables? Is loosening up from LP unprofitable at these tables?

Thanks

when everyone is a monkey at the table you can really crush it by playing ur posistion well, ie bet the crap out of them.

a table filled with clowns like to see the flop, but prob dont know how to play when it comes so own their faces.

its a fantastic situation.
if i were there and stacks were big enough (as it should be if they're maniacs) i would be ready to make some gambool even preflop to double/triple up my stack and then play kinda ABC poker (and yes, you might float them /with reasonable hand/ if they slowed down at turn after C-bets).
also i dont think C-bets is a good decision, unless your hand is ready to get all in with this guys. sometimes massive c/r with nuts would work perfectly.

dont get out of line in early pos, repot your premium hands in late pos and limp your buttons with bad suited Axxx hands and mid/high 3 card rundowns if there are plenty of callers

Thanks for the responses so far. Since these players are so loose, wouldn't they have the tendency to call more bets with weak hands?
