I have sleeping issues, but they're related to pain rather than insomnia.

nick rainey. con artists gonna con.
He was PA's PA (personal assistant, but thought it would be cool to write it like that lol) for a while wasn't he?

Also, nice cover jabo, one of my fav beatles song and I liked your piano interpretation.

I'm not a huge piano fan and I'm less of a classical music fan, but I found the following TED from awhile ago really interesting.

Given the piano talk up in here, thought I'd share...

I found out some article a while ago that said the exact amount of sleep matters more in how you feel like crap the next morning. You should sleep in multiples of 1h30 because that's apparently how long a sleep cycle is. That's why common knowledge of sleeping 8hrs is wrong, you should sleep 7h30 or 9hrs to be fully refreshed.

Of course you'll still accumulate sleep debt if you sleep 4h30 every day, but by waking up naturally it really doesn't feel as bad.
09-17-2011 , 04:09 PM
And how exactly could you schedule your sleep so accurately?

Maybe some people can fall asleep fast, but for me it usually takes anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/septem...ek-default-day

There is still a chance we see some bold new initiative or plan, but as I wrote last week, every step and virtually every comment made, for the past 8 days, is consistent with preparing for a default.

We're ****ed?

yeah i almost never used alarms and just wake up whenev

i might be completely wrong but even if greece defaults, it's not gonna be as huge as the papers say. damage for sure but financial system coming down? for sure not.

there has already been some pre-emptive measures taken, such as huge amount of $ loans for euros etc

i'd be very surprised if greece defaulted on monday.

(so probably greece defaults on monday)
09-17-2011 , 04:35 PM
Yeah, obviously (especially tabloid) magazines are just painting those ridiculous worst case scenarios. I can't remember any catastrophe the media has NOT exaggerated...
