He doesn't have to prove is innocence, people who believe he his lying have to prove he is guilty.
This is a basic law in every democracy, i don't see why it would be any different in here.

Because we're not infringing on his rights by "convicting" him. The burden of proof has to be much more stringent for a punishment that infringes on his rights (say, incarceration) precisely because such a punishment is so severe. A conviction in the court of public opinion mostly results in people dealing with him differently in ways that don't infringe on his rights, so the burden of proof is much less severe, such that a balance of probabilities is a reasonable standard for people to not deal with DP.

Not saying the balance is there, necessarily, just that it's a reasonable standard.

I still dont know what exactly happened here. I do know that I like DP less than before and would never trust him with anything. I also know that I have absolutely no idea what NeverScaredB just said, but it sounded eloquent.

I first heard of DP during his recent PLO prop bet.

Being a PLO aficionado, it was fun following the thread and sweating the action. I found DP to be a brash, confident, intelligent young man. He took the time to answer most, if not all questions asked, even when the bet was not going well.

Should it be proven DP has been dishonest, I will be surprised as well as disappointed.

He basically said:

but then he countered it by saying

"YOU STILL MURDERED A WOMAN, YOU OWE THE FAMILY MONEY IN A CIVIL COURT"

From what I understand his 2+2 account was hacked by killbauer, so he is probably claiming killbauer wrote it while on his account. If he indeed means this it seems a reasonable explanation for the similarities to me.

1. You let someone you don't know IRL borrow your 2+2 account. BIG NO-NO, even if you did pay off 6k in sports bets. How do we know it won't happen again? Your sn's seem to always be hacked.

2. After you were scammed by killbauer I don't remember it being mentioned anywhere. Why didn't you out him to protect the community? Why didn't you post in this thread earlier?

I don't think DP is guilty of scamming from what I've read. But I do think because of how DP handled the situation that he will not be trusted here for a very long time, if ever.
