i've found that my most winnings came from full house (480$) and straights (460$). flushes won only 260$
three of a kind totally sucks in my stats (just 9$ won, lol)
please keep in mind i have only 5k hands in my PTO and playing PLO20

with this post im trying to find my leaks and get some statistics

after 5k hands you can pretty much ignore everything except vpip and pfr and maybe the aggr factors.

Sorry for hijacking the thread but on Holdem, there are 500 hands enough to determine VPIP/PFR and AF. But on Omaha, how many hands you need, I mean generally. Is 1000 hands enough to trust VPIP/PFR/AF? Or atleast 5000 hands? I don't have any clue about that...

its probably about the same in the two games. but analyzing winrates or winrate-relating stuff like in OP after 5k hands is not worth very much.

To answer OP's question, I've won about the same with all three, +/- 10%, most with full houses, then flushes, then straights. About one sixth of that with trips, then 2 pair / 1 pair are big losers.

You should be able to extract more profit with straights than flushes, I would think. Everyone can see the 3-flush on the board.

Have been playing 10-15K hands myself and I'm planning to 'analyse' winrates at around 20k. 5k is just to small, it still allows for too much of 'bad' or 'good' sessions, meaning you were on that one great table where they all made millions of mistakes

in PLO20 there is a tons of players making a dozens mistakes
the sense of this post not about my winrates but mostly about YOUR winrates

true

I'm playing 20 & 50 myself, combined with short stacking 100.

Within the 10-15K hands at these limits I'm about 1k up, I should look into this more carefully though, don't have my stats with me at the moment. I guess that especially 50 has been profitable, probably because of the fact that I have identified more fishes there and they have been online more

wait for 100k and even those can be heavily skewed one way or the other by luck

I think you guys have gotten off-topic. I believe OP question was which type of hand wins the most money in PLO. Sets, straights, flushes, full-house, etc. There was no discussion of win-rates or levels of play.
