also, just smooth call preflop and i'd say check postflop.

so what's optimal play here with his lead into me and 0 fold equity?

oops, i thought u were the one who bet postflop. sorry.
without backdoor flush draw, i think we can fold this (since our flush draws are our only outs i'm sure, bettor has minimum 2 pair or set or str8). however, since we have nut flush draw and backdoor flush draw, we have 10.5 outs, which means like 42 percent chance of hitting, which means we can't fold. therefore, we have to shove, because we don't want to call and brick off on turn and then fold, or call and hit turn and then have him fold to our shove when a flush card comes.

if assume 42% to win the hand is the EV of a fold and a jam the same?

actually i just did the math, and if we get it in on the flop, we on average will come out with 91.5 dollars, because we will win the $207 pot 42 percent of the time. in contrast if we fold, we are guaranteed to come out with 89 dollars.
therefore, shoving is slightly better. however, when you are playing, you don't have the time to make all these calculations, so it is easy to make the wrong choice.

There is a good chance the villain is leading into you on the flop without a set, 2 pair, or 10 7. You 3-bet him preflop, and because you seem like a solid player, he's probably putting you on a big pair -- AA or KK. He very well may be semi bluffing the flop with any 2 hearts or with J10, thinking he has a lot of FE. Coupling that with the fact that the person behind you may call (and this is actually pretty likely at a low stakes donkament like this), it makes this an easy push on the flop. Even assuming the villain has the nuts, you should be pushing with the dead 36 in the pot.

two very good points i didn't even think of to support shoving.
