Can this semi-bluff ever be profitable? Can this semi-bluff ever be profitable?

I think against 90% of regs at PLO100 I would nopt bluff here. Villain usually plays 2/4 PLO and Is playing 20/18 super agressive. 33% steal from the button 90% cbet flop and similar Cbet turn...

When he pots it twice, I put him on a very polarised range because I have seen him check back and pot control with medium strength hands and draws. That said, he has something that he has to call with here often enough, that almost always has me in bad shape... right?

Is this the wrong board to make this play? What if the turn was a blank, like 2c?

if villain is "bluffing", it's prob with a hand like KdQdJ* that has you beat and prob isn't folding
