This is more of a theory question i guess but i thought it would be better to put it in the omaha section, my question is say you flop the nuts on a wet board something like
Hero - AdTd2c4c
Board - KsJsQh -

and your opponent bets the pot and we are assuming his range is
Flush draws/straights/ sets is it better to call the flop and shove the turn (Lets assume he will bet turn) when our equity is higher (assuming the turn will always be a blank) or does it not make a difference??

That strategy is used often by many players in a HU context. Some even fold the nuts on the flop vs multiple opponents.
But assuming you're HU and you know that he as the same hand but he still might have some redraws, then yes, it's better to call and see what the turn brings. Sometimes in position you even might have the chance to make him fold the same hand as you if the board pairs or the flush is possible when he checks to you.

Yeah, when you have a made hand, a blank on the turn improves your hand dramatically

It's not an easy problem though.

We need to balance getting value from hands worse than ours which may still call a raise - sets and flush draws - and pot controlling against hands that crush us - nuts + redraws.

IMO this is what makes PLO so much more interesting than NLHE, and I don't think there's a generic solution; we just need to think about respective ranges, position, and stack sizes for each situation.
