3 betting flop is very bad in my mind because it pot commits you with a weak hand when there are a lot of scare cards and you are throwing away position. In fact, given the texture of flop villian will probably never believe you hit it too strong (even with your 3 bet), but 3 betting flop gives him advantage on a lot of turns by being first in with less than psb left to go.

I'm new to PLO so I'm trying to learn here:

Lets say you call the c/r ($72 in pot, $171 effective stacks behind). Turn's the offsuit 3 (giving u the pair, bad gutshot, and 3rd nfd) and he leads, say $55. What's your move? Is shoving now bad?
