2-2 live 5 to call 7 handed

I get hands like AA rag rag no suits I call in blinds. Anybody repotting?
I get double suited AQTT 3bet potted oop in blinds and get like 3 callers. Flop comes 237 check/fold to pot bet.
Many times are like this, get bad positions with decent hand get it multiway even with 3bets or open.
Or get a decent hand open/facing a 3bet we call ip but others call as well. 3bettor pot, we fold even tp because multiway with players behind.
It gets me wondering were we better off 4betting shipping decent hands in this spot.
Then bleeding nonstop.
