PEV will be the top as far as PLO goes when it gets released. Problem is, its been delayed just about 40 times. Public beta is expected "any day" now, but thats entirely up to the guy building it and when he is ready to release it.
not sure what you mean by 'live window' but you can use Poker Ace HUD with PTO and it works pretty well. It's really too bad there is no next gen Omaha tracker out yet. Omaha support for HM seems to be at least 6 months away
