Obviously I've got a huge hand, but I feel like Villain will fold quite frequently to a bet and that if he does raise/call I've still got plenty of equity but I'm not a big favorite. I also see a lot of scenarios where I can check turn and value bet rivers (including blanks) and get called by hands that wouldn't call if I bet turn. Add to that the possibility of inducing bluffs, and I saw a lot of merit in checking, but I also that you all would call me a nit if I checked. Am I right?

You should always consider checking behind as a benefit of having position, but here; bet again imo.

i'll give u the benefit of the doubt since the other hands you've posted are really really good

imo - thin value on river after checking turn < winning pot on turn < building pot on turn to get more value on river with a x/c, x/r, b/c, etc.

I think you should also take into account where you level yourself into calling too many rivers b/c you omg, I checked turn so I must be weak or overestimate how often people will bluff in this spot after checking turn. By checking this turn you are also just handing out free equity and lose out on so much value when they do have a worse hand that is willing to call. Perhaps you don't have any bluffs in your range or we overestimate the typical plo100 player.
