Found myself in a bit of an awkward spot the BB.. curious to hear some opinions. May very well be superstandard but wanted to ask to make sure

6 handed, PLO25, effective stack 120BB (30 euro)

Folds around to the BTN who opens pot, SB callt, Hero calls in BB with 3567

Pot: 2.55 euro
Flop comes 348

SB bets 0.95, Hero calls, BTN raises to 6, SB folds, Hero calls

Pot 15 euro
Turn 9

Hero checks, BTN bets pot..

Played fine if you call again, but it's good in spots like this to anticipate before you call which river outs you can continue on. Are you jamming when you hit the nuts, or check-calling? What are you doing on a 3? There's very little left so you should probably consider jamming all rivers you hit and check-folding ones you don't.

Note that even though the turn extends our draw, it reduces the number of nut outs from 12 to 7.

should just stick it in on the flop, our hand is massive. donk any river that causes u to beat 888. there is only going to be like 9 EUR in play on the river anyway.

It us pretty irrelevant that some of your outs aren't to the nuts in this spot.

Fairly confident that we have 12 nut outs otf, count them manually if you're not sure.

I think it's a good exercise to be able to count both outs to improve and outs to the nuts, as well as being able to identify how many give you great implied odds, how many probably just win you the pot, and how's many are likely to split the pot, very quickly, such that you don't have to waste time doing the counting while you're actually playing the hand.

Sometimes even you flop non-nut wrap + fd you have very few nut outs, but here's an example of when you have a chunk of them so you don't need your fd to be fully live very often to make a big difference, so i disagree.
