Priceless.

Is the entire Laliberté family playing in that game? Don't see how it can be profitable otherwise.

Yeah, if it's just another player, he loses more by making the call for the split.

im really starting to think that i'm a clueless random luckbox and the sole factor on whether i win/lose is how good i'm feeling and if i got excercise, slept well and ate well that day.

just got back from swimming and are on your 4th cup of water today? here's 10k.

woke up 2 hours ago and sat on your arse watching reruns on tv and eating cheerios the whole time? that's no winning attitude bro, drop 15k in half an hour and let that be a lesson to you.

The Mcilroy collapse was so heartbreaking. It reminded me a lot of watching young poker players blow up for some reason.

Is there any way from HEM to accurately determine how you are running in MTTs? i wanna be able to whine to myself about how bad i run in those, but with the chip ev thing it seems you are always gonna run below ev unless you actually come first in which case you will be massively above ev. Is this right?

I was thinking the same thing...told my gf he was tilting while it started to slip away...even when he was still in first, you could see it.

The kid seems to have a ton of class and character based on his interview after the round. I can't imagine losing something like that after such a lead...i likened it to losing the wsop main event after having a 8:1 chip lead.

That was my thought too.

It's like he just got face pwned by runner runner royal flush with a flopped straight flush (when he hit the trees and got a bad bounce... ending in triple bogey eventually).

Then he just snapped. Splashing the rest of his still considerable stack all but guaranteeing an early exit from the final table.

Uggggh. Sorry to hear. I've had that the last two years too. All of the sudden you are saying "where did all my monies go!?!"

Then you shake it off, fight through the downer, and win some gold. :-)

i know some people who set up allin chip-ev for tournies, but I've always thought it was a giant waste of time. There's so much luck other than how you run in allin pots.

yea. my accountant telling me how much I owe for my federal and state returns, coupled with a pretty long and consistent period of suck at the poker, led to quite a binger last weekend.

win that EPT though, sounds like a solid plan.
