No specific reads. 2nd or 3rd hand at the table, villain is unknown but just stacked off with a pair...and won

about preflop: I don't normally like to play this hand unless it's at least suited with the ace...
Anyone find a fold button anywhere here?

lol.

he did answer your question, but here's a little more insight.

A678 xyzv is a good format for a hand, but its not strong when your ace isn't connected by suit. the ace adds essentially nothing except spiking a pair that is beat by any kicker imaginable.

this flop looks nice, but the re-raise looks like you have a set, and you have to ask the question of which hands you are beating are going to call, and what hands that are beating you are going to fold.

UTG is max raising there, so he's essentially repping at least two-pair, set, or the same draw as you with maybe more outs. Being results oriented here (ie looking at what actually happened) is not really a good indicator of what this raise means in perpetuity.

theres nothing wrong with flatting his re-raise, and checking behind on the turn unless you can find a good read, know your pair of aces is beating whatever he holds, and can value bet and make him work on finding a draw. However like I said, his raise could easily put him on two-pair, set, or the same draws as you with potentially more outs and even suits.

I do like building the pot for big draws, but shoving the turn, there aren't many hands that he's going to fold at these stakes IMO. play standard, and bet hands that hit.
