There are other ways to play this hand but I think the way you did is fine. Betting flop is the most straightforward approach, but has its weaknesses, mainly in what to do when you face a raise.

Turn check and river check are perfectly natural given that you c/ced flop. River you're probably just bluffing catching, so you need to make a sizing and timing read. I don't mind a fold at all.
