Villian is a good regular thats relatively str8 forward postflop.. Whats our best line here? I calculated our equity at about 40% against his get it in range.. The thing that leans me towards c/r, get it in is that I will be c/r'ing this flop a decent amount with air..

Id or the probably 3bet pre and lead flop/jam if he raises.

as played cr is ok for the reason you say, but I might donk here again and look to 3bet any raise or cr good turns.

I would c/c for sure, I think 40% vs. his get it in range is pretty optimistic, what range did you put him on? Even ignoring that though, I think most of the time he continues he will be calling not reraising, and you've only got 6 outs to the nuts, and he's gonna be able to play turns better than you will

I really think this is a good spot to incorporate more leading into my game, as I feel I don't do it enough..

I put him on a wide-ish range for getting it in since I think he figures I would c/r this flop pretty light (which I think I am capable of) meaning he has more fold equity with pair+gutter, pair+OEnder type stuff..

I really don't like 3 betting pre against a good reg here (unless we have a dynamic which includes a lot of 4betting) as he's going to be playing pretty well postflop and I'm going to be put in tough spots on numerous flops..

thats exactly what i mean u should have a wide donking range to balance your game, since u will play a lot with this ppl on this limits that balance get more important!

3bet pre oop against a good reg is definitly not a good line, for the reasons u said allready, you r pretty limited postflop!
