2/2 live, 9 player

utg $500 (on tilt)
hj (Hero = 9 T T A): $700
co $2000

co is a 10/10 player waiting for his table.
he has potted and re-potted pre-flop when in position (co/button).

utg has lost at least $1000 to co. he has re-loaded twice.

preflop:
utg straddles to $5, folded Hero

utg is stubborn. he will always straddle knowing co will pot.

anyway, it's folded to me.
I have never played pre-flop bingo with these huge chip stack sizes before w/o decent AAxx.

Am I potting, and 4betting here?
or just play fit or fold by limping and calling his raise?
or...

if I had TTJAss, i would play pre-flop bingo in a heartbeat since all 4 cards greatly work together.
I'm on the fence about 9TTAss.

What would you do?
