Not sure about this hand. I know I can get it in 3 way for a profit but was wondering how much overlay you are comfortable playing if we expect it to go heads up, and if we can play this since there are some flops we can just c/f

6 handed

UTG (650) is uncomfortable to say the least since he's been moving from seat to seat since we started and keeps raising every pot. He's said he is leaving soon and it does look like he's trying to gamble before he goes.

Limps, 1 limp

Folds to hero (2K) on button with

T976

raises to 60, SB folds, BB calls, straddle calls, UTG raises to 425 (225 behind)

hero?

Notes: Immediate read is that villain would have raised about 75% of his hands and folded the rest so the LRR is AAxx close to 100% of the time, at least that is how I'm going to proceed.

I do not expect the table to call whether or not I play, it's very early in the session, the table just started up within the past half hour and the only loose player so far is villain. Besides him, the dynamic has been tight/cautious

Basically your hand does better multiway.
But with what were your impression bout villain i would stuff it in, at least call. And if u only hit a single bit of flop your committed anyway.

Yeah if you are certain that it is exclusively AA then just jam so none of the original callers try to over call the 425 with a hand similar to yours.

stacksizes of the other villains are pretty relevant hre but jamming is the play most of the time

He can only limp/pot to $310 so looks like action is wrong.

Jamming is at best only slightly better than folding and probably worse...but if the statement "I do not expect the table to call whether or not I play" is correct (lol), then calling is obv best...

yeah i missed this part, assuming it's 5/5/10 with two limps, an open to 60(?) and two calls and a 3bet the max the pot could be would be 340. it makes jamming slightly worse but not bad enough to change our decision. isolating the 3bettor given our equity and the dead money will make this a +ev decision every time.

Ok i remebered action wrong. He opened to 40 which he was doing a lot, one caller, i 3bet button to 100 he potted and its heads up

I like just calling because i can fold some flops and he is neber folding any

Not trying to be a dick but if you're asking for advice don't argue back with your original decision. Your hand does not play well multiway with a low spr so it is better to isolate the 3bettor and get the added equity from the dead money of the other players.
