I'd check/fold the river. With only half the pot left in your stack, he wouldn't bluff when checked to, especially because he'd be afraid of you herocalling with stubborn perceived AA/KK. The shove is too thin (if it's intended for value) - I can't think of worse hands that call (a spade flush that calls is probable, while missed straightdraws certainly fold).

It was intended to get him of a flush when the river paired. Thought I was repping top set pretty well on both flop and turn.

My plan was to c/f any spade river as his hand looks a lot like flush draw+something. I kinda felt I had to jam on this river as I could rep a boat very well, and he couldn't. Don't know how much fold equity a half pot bet gives me in this situation tho...

You can't rep a boat very well - there aren't many JJ/TT hands in your UTG opening range, as opposed to JT/AA/KK. Plus it's a psychological fact that someone who chased a draw for two streets won't fold when it arrives, even if the board pairs up.

Fold pre first time by a lot. The weakest hand of similar ranks you should open UTG is like QJT8ds/KQJ9ss. You're opening way too wide.

    Bet way bigger on flop.

    Turn is good.

    Check river.

I agree with all your comments except for the flop bet sizing. I didn't want to bet more than half of SB stack, so MP will have to fear a jam if he calls me and SB gets it in.
