3 Bet Pot with AAxx Tough flop

I am looking for opinions on this because it has happend to me twice and I am not sure what to do. I get about 35% of my stack in Pre with AAxx and the board comes 6 10 J all spades and I have 2 red AA. What do you do? It is a really tough spot for me for some reason. If he checks and I check back then he can bluff me a lot. If I push then I am probably only getting called by hands that beat me. What is the best play?

depends on the opponent.
if he calls us only whit a flush or a set i think it is profitable to shove.
if you are up against an opponent who will call whit almost anything i just let it go...
