Flop check is good against no reads, I like your line throughout.
OTR is mostly about percentages, I think you're definitely good sometimes and probably enough to be +EV. I usually call here with a confused look on my face. Seeing his hand will tell you if he semibluffs etc.

What do you think of raising this river? Feels like a good bluff spot. Maybe not against an unknown..

I think raising river is viable and maybe the best play against this betsizing as sometimes we might be shown weaker 2ps (J5,45)
but in the end he is a shortstack and we have a pair of kings so its probably not the best spot to bluff raise.

I'm still curious to know what other people think though.

i like betting the flop, there's a reasonable chance you are ahead and villain may barrel the turn wide if you check behind, making it hard for you to know where you are

with 3 to a suit and non nut flush i don't feel terrible being blown off the hand if he crs flop anyway, can fire a 2nd barrel on a lot of turn and if you decide to checking back the turn will still leave a lot of hands in range that make river difficult for villain

calling the turn is fine, i think a raise-fold could be strong as well and let you take it down on some rivers you're behind if he flats

as played the river is probably a fold in a vacuum but maybe a call for information, i would expect you to lose most of the time, don't think its a great spot to raise with a lot of straights possible and you only having 1 blocker to the super premium one

definetly cbet flop in first hand, we want agro image + he is not going to go crazy w/o reads ect.

river well villain is going to vbet all 2pairs and he is not bluffing with better hand but is going to bet all missed draws also.. Very close very neutral ev do u call or fold. after that postflop action we dont have any idea about villain hand.
