I think it's fine to fold this flop as played-- I'd probably give out a little $1 tester bet to get some free info. KKxx will usually never hold here, and your only nut out is an Ace that's not a club

I'm not familiar with the tester-bet concept

I think the check first and the fold after a pot and a call is fine.
With slightly better kings we could 3bet the taggy button who is isoing the fish.
I almost thinking about folding this pf but maybe im a nit.

    .
I´m familiar with it and I raise people who do it 100 % no matter what my hand is, until they start to adept and call light. From that point on obv. only with strong hands.

the problem with that is, even if it works and they fold 5x in a row, the one time u get raised, you usually break even or lose more than what you stole

    C/f flop.

Easy c/f - you have 5 nut outs.

I'm interested to hear why this is a fold pre? Given a likely multiway pot, I'm flatting KK all day for set/boat value

Oh oops, thought it went raise-3bet to us. Vs single raise obviously call (although I know some good regs who still fold)

Folding pre in this situation is out of the question.

i fold crappy kings like this pre in a normal line up. don't think it shows a profit to play them oop if u cant be sure to get stacks every time you hit your set.

as played c/f this two tone flop

That view is too shortsighted, you underestimate what it does to my image, when I raise a weak opponent almost every time.
They tend to make huge mistakes in the future against me when I have it and you see the occasional call down for 400 bb pots with bottom 2 on a str8 and flush board.

    Even when playing 4 way?

Also I fold KK pre more than most but I'm not folding it here when it's super likely to be 4 way against weaker players.

Flop is not even a decision. c/f is super standard.

i think the flop is actually close to a raise because MP is shallow and CO who just called is likely behind our hand and is deeper. cant be too bad to stick in here.
