its really hard to say with no reads. 1c/2c is like the play money tables, you just never know. I certainly wouldn't bet the river though. There's no value to be had.

You should buy in full. There should be more then enough bad players willing to stack of light at PLO2.

c/r is best at river. All full houses will bet, but not all full houses will raise your lead. Also he might bet some bluffs.
