Villian is 89/46 and bad. Is he donking the dry ace on the turn or is he bad enough to c/c flop with NFD having raised pre? Preflop ok too?

pre is borderline but he is bad and you have position.
turn is an easy fold imo unless you have a read he likes to either turn weak made hands into bluffs or likes to bluff 3 flush boards

Wp whole hand, fold turn.

Omaha starts to be fun with 150bb-200bb+ stacks, I would never bother with 20-50bb tables.

With 50bb deep I think you should shove your top two on this wet flop. I think fold on the turn is ok. Insted of preflop stats you showed us, his postflop stats and bet sizing are really important here and you should consider it in order to make the best decision.
