Do I have enough EQ+FE to bet/call? I guessed it was close so I potted but I wasn't really sure.

not my limit, but as u said, I wouldn't 3-bet K799ds pre even from the button against this villain, or is it standard/ok?

As played, I'm checking now, the board is somewhat cordinated and I don't like getting c/r here, don't think we've enough equity to get it in.

I really don't like your pf 3bet, this hand plays terribly in 3bet pots, i'd prefer K972ds than K977.

As played, check back flop and try to hit FD or set/trips/second pair on turn. I'd also bluff majority of turn cards not improving our hand (especially 4,8,Q,A) if checked to. If you want to bet the flop - chose smaller amount, like 3/5 and be ready to fold, I don't think you are in a good shape against any reasonable CR range.

The queen and the 9 make this a bad flop to c-bet. I'm sure you'll get plenty of flack for pre, so I won't say anything.
