1) Flat or raise turn?
2) If we raise turn, are we bluffing all rivers (non-board-pairing)?

Definite raise. As Barrin pointed out, villain really can't rep the nuts - you can. Then we're pretty much shoving any non-pairing river, I guess. Maybe even check to induce on diamonds?

with the amount of money left to be played, certainly shove any river if u raise again.
i'd actually be surprised if anyone flatted a repot from us there, pot becomes 520ish with 140 left...

You should be 3betting pre a good chunk of the time, especially when your opponent has no grasp on your range.

i think you need to bet flop you have a pair, staight draw, backdoor flush, and nut blockers. I would call a c/r too.

turn i feel like he picked up a nut fd but maybe thats just me...that said i think a raise is the right play here you have fold equity and your hardly ever drawing dead...

3b turn, you could conceivably call if your plan was to call 100% of rivers
