hey fellas. this hand is annoying me.

villain is a breakeven/small winner reg, his stats are 25/16/4.0 af with 7.9 3bet

I've been playing tight, somewhat like 19/16, but I have an aggressive image postflop.

PokerStars - $4 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha - 6 players

CO: $980.79
Hero (BTN): $400.00
SB: $1461.15
BB: $800.20
UTG: $374.20
MP: $559.98

SB posts SB $2.00, BB posts BB $4.00

Pre Flop: ($6.00) Hero has A 5 A 6

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $12.00, fold, BB raises to $36.00, Hero raises to $110.00, BB calls $74.00

Flop: ($222.00, 2 players) 9 Q K
BB bets $42.00, Hero ???

I have $290 behind.

Gross spott, with only over 1 1/2 PSB left and Villain donks small... I think we are behind and drawing superslimm over 90% of the times. All rundown hands and big pairs have us ****ed... I would fold...

seems like an easy fold doesnt it? obv exploitable if ure 4betting range is only aces

Have you seen him do this before? Cos usually what I do versus ******ed 15% pot donkbets like these is to just treat it as a check, in which case if you're planning to cbet this in the first place you get it in here now.

Against described villain I think this is real likely to be strong. Like if you call, he's going to be betting the turn >90% of the time. Sucks, but I think it's a fold.

I get it in. Same as guy above, I treat it like a check. I've had plenty of people do this with 1pr+kickers many times. Occasionally they end up with the nuts or bottom 2 or a set but i think they have hands we're flipping/favored against enough to make it a shove. If i shoved and he called i'd expect to see a hand like 89TT more often than to see the nuts.

getting over 25% of your stack in pre allows you to stack off postflop on any flop profitably in theory

taking it one step further and putting thought to post flop:
facing 1/5 pot donk bet is completely player dependent. vs a known villain you may develop a strong read in these situations but against an unknown or 1st case scenario you either gotta assume he nailed the flop or hes trying to buy a turn with a weak made hand/weak draw.

You have a nut BDFD and miracle back door fullhouse potential. I prolly ship it in his face until you have read. calling seems horrid on so many levels and shipping over folding allows you to stick with your profitable 25% preflop strategy mistake free strategy.

make note of result and adapt for next time.

haha such a nasty bluff line if your 4b range is heavily weighted towards AA. i'd still fold v villain described though

Kind of spot is vilain dependant but I tend more not to believe him, cuz vilain has no reasons to dk into you with a made hand knowing that with AAsxx your are going to push most of the time...

I would prop not shove in reality, but i cant help to think this is a shove. This board obv smashes a 4 betting range with the exception of the aa hands. So i think he expect to be either shoved on by on or called. And he prop doesnt expect to get shoved on by aces. So by shoving he obv will have to fold hands like kxxx hands for ex that has good eq against aces but obv cant call a shove since we could have nailed that flop hard. Would be a sick level if he anticipated that this would look like he wanted to buy cheap cards so aa wouild shove
