I am multitabling and I have no reads other than the players seems to be very passive.

Co raise to 14 and BTN calls I 3bet from the sb with AAJT no diamonds.

(144) Flop is 9d5d3s. CO has 280 left and BTN has 424 left. I cover.

What do you do? Do i have enough equity to bet/call here? or do I just c/f?

2nd hand.

Same action preflop but UTG raise instead of CO. I have QJ98 and 3bets from SB.

(144) Flop is 9s5d2h.

UTG has 432 left and BTN has 144 left.

Can i bet/call here?

I feel like both of these spots are very common and pretty close.

Thanks in advance

1: I like a c/r and stackoff unless they both go allin. If you bet 120 then you prolly have to stack off versus BTN too: you'll have 30% potodds, which is the equity you'll have vs his range.

2: I bet 72, and fold vs passive UTG.
