2/2 PLO at Maryland Live

We have had the same core of people for some time, but have been largely short handed as they struggle to run the waitlist.

Hero - I have been winning all night but not showing down much. I have been much tighter than the table and much more aggressive with big bets post flop. There have been several confrontations with the other big stack as I have repotted his flop or turn bets.

Villain - Quiet Asian guy. Not good at Omaha. He actually plays well pre flop but there have been three recent large pots where he couldnt let go when he was obviously beat. Two of the three were an obvious top set against his completely butt-ass naked flush draws. He got all the money in by calling in those situations, not betting.

Effective stacks $700 - I cover

UTG limps
Villian in UTG+1 limps
So does everyone else
Hero in SB pots to around $20 with KK56
Villain calls everyone else folds

Flop of AK7

I pot the flop, he calls.

Turn A

Should i be betting this turn?

Once I did pot the turn he quickly shoves. How happy am I getting it in against a loose passive in this situation?

i'm not the greatest at omaha but I would of not pot that turn. I would of checked turn / called turn.

If you are 100BB deep it's probably fine - but being 350BB deep this is kinda spewy.

That turn is just awful and given how dry that flop is you have to put him on at least 2 pair when he calls a pot bet on flop.

It's really too bad because I would of happily reshoved if he puts us all in on flop.

That is literally the absolute worst card in the deck and you are very unlucky it fell.
