Not too many hands in but this is villains first 3 bet. He seems to be playing pretty fit or fold and kind of weak tight. Standard?

If he is fit or fold and weak tight, and it's the first 3 bet, doesn't that make it his most likely holding is AAxx? Doesn't that turn your hand into a semibluff?

Pretty much but he was so weak tight and his overall strat so unbalanced that he probably only gets it in here with AAhXXh. He also MAY have been slightly on tilt due to me winning all the non sd pots so I think his range might not be just AAXX.

i was thinking that he would get it in here with AAhxxh most of the time. its also possible but less likely that in other times he would have JTQK or 89JT or JJxx TTxx or something like that

with that being said, i wouldnt pot raise here because you will prolly be up against AAhxxh if he 3bets you

against certain opponents i would 3bet this board to try and get it all in, but against a weak/tight player it might be better to float and see if he gives up on the turn

How many hands do you have on him? You say not a lot, but you're making assumptions about his range that would suggest that you have a decent amount of history.

Hmm idk OP said he was pretty much running villian over. In my experience, at least at small stakes when that happens it tilts people really fast, often in just a couple of hands. Of course we dont know this is true for villian here, but think range ldo (or not?).

Just wrote that cause i was gonna say shove/wp considering "history".

Yeah I was pretty much pwning him non showdown and he was playing super straightforward I felt.My style would have frustrated his type I thought. Lot's of donking wide value bets etc etc. The whole match was about 30 hands he quit me shortly after.

Meh im not too keen on 4betting pre. The 24 in our hand sucks, and if he does have AAxx (with one of our suits covered we are not in too good of shape)

As for flop i shrug and push. When someone 3bets me HU for the first time, i tend to play it cautiisouly. I would suspect a premium rundown-one that hits that flop hard-or AAxx(which could have hearts)

If it is AhAxhx we are crushed, otherwise were not in that bad shape.

I chose not to 4 bet because I felt like he wouldn't get it in with worse. He'd probably snap fold all but AAXX.
