100PLO going for max value 350bb deep

Villain played 43/27 and was somewhat aggro preflop, but very passive postflop. Doesn't bet much or raise much postflop, and folds flop to bet a reasonable amount (like half the time or so).
Turn, I don't know if we should raise (and if so how big) or flat. I have no idea if he can donk/fold turn with 5xxx or 85xx or if he's one of those tards who can get rid of pretty hands.
