Betting turn is mostly for protection since there's a tonne of draws and you even want to protect against Kxxx which would be calling flop a decent amount.

Kinda tough spot, would depend on villain aggression tendencies. Raises in this spot are generally either really strong value or strong semi-bluffs as villain doesn't have tonnes of fold equity in his spot either (but does at the same time if you want to level ). I fold here since even if we do have the best hand and enough equity to continue against his specific hand, this hand is super hard to play on rivers against his range, especially OOP with not much money to play for.
