100plo: 3bet pot, barrel river vs weak villain?

I am playing fairly tight, though have been v 3betty so far at this table.
Villain is kinda loose/bad based on the small sample I have on him, 45/13 and not overly aggro. Only played him on this table, in this session, so no strong reads.
I check flop as I probably wont auto get credit for AAxx because I have shown up 3betting a wide range in the last few orbits and I can't vbet my kings so I'm looking to basically give up here. Also it is possible I would try to c/r a AAxx on this flop, though probably not to this villain.
Turn I bet straight flush draw with two blockers to the nuts, planning to barrel a lot of rivers.
But then I get this river, villain can only have/call AQxx and QQxx here right I think? But I can rep very little as well.
Give up?
If I barrel, half pot or less achieves the same as full pot in this spot right?
