You played the hand fine, though bet a bit smaller on flop and on the turn.

His call on the flop is too loose in this situation, but that's how we make money

I'm not thrilled about playing this OOP with the T missing. I'm never leading this flop as anyone who re-raises us is most likely crushing us. Even check/calling you need to dodge all clubs and a lot of cards completing straights. As played you need to jam and call off that turn every time.

Biggest thing : this is not a hand to lead OOP into 3 other players.

donk/folding flop isn't terrible, but he should make it smaller. Checking is probably better, as you'll be able to evaluate your situation. Not alot of turn cards you like

EDIT: just saw stack sizes, OP should probably give us reads to make a good decision on flop.

Leverage is huge in this game, much more important to have position compared to Holdem. Ask yourself this question when you are in the spot like this on the flop :

If I bet and I am re-raised : what range of hands are they HAPPY that I donk bet/then stack off vs. them?

You will then understand how huge of a mistake leading here is, every decent player who re-raises you will crush you.

Yeah i thought my hand was vulnerable and just led out to protect it really. I understand that if he raises we're not really loving life but i didn't want to check and see it check around. Are you going to c/c here then as a default and try to play turns?

Change that J to a T and you have more merit to lead, honestly c/c doesn't feel great but it might be your best option post flop. That's why I don't call pre, it's tough to play it with the top gap, especially MW.
