What do you guys think about checking vs betting?

If we cbet do we have to get it in vs sb?

Should i be raising smaller preflop?

i often check back this kind of hand in a HU, because i can be bluff check/raised here pretty often and dont whant to blow out my SD value and 2 bdfd.
but here idk, probably bet, u have position on a big stack which is good if shorty shoves and he reshoved = ez fold, shorty shoves and big stack folds = call a shove.
