Villain: Seems to be the best player at the table, has been running over the game for a while. 7 handed. 2700 in chips. He has 3-bet me twice, once surrendering on T98r board (I bet turn he folded) and once c-betting KQ5ss and I c/f. He has shown mostly good hands and has been min-3 betting me while potting anyone else (respect?)

I think I look him up here. I'm guessing he makes a small raise on the turn if he has a straight, and I don't see someone aggressive checking when they flop a set, so maybe he has 44 but I doubt it. It just seems like he is way more likely to have a hand that missed a draw than something like qj even.

I'd probably dump it and say nh. I don't see a lot of hands that turned huge that he has to go twice or nothing with. That is I don't think there are a ton of bluffs in his range.

This is 100% a raise pre-flop. Our hand flops VERY well, and is fairly easy to play post-flop .

We want to be building the pot in position with hands like this one. I'd be raising significantly weaker hands from the CO, actually.

And the most obvious point: seat change IMMEDIATELY. You have the best player at the table sitting to your direct left, which makes your seat the absolute worst. Changing to literally any other seat would massively increase your expected value.

Why you didn't pot the flop is beyond me. This isn't a good spot to c/r at all. There are so few draws out there... if we c/r and get re-raised, we are totally screwed.

As played, I fold the river.

2) As played should have bet flop like 70 for sure, and call a raise, reraise this deep flips your hand face up which if terrible with such a vulnerable hand this deep
3) As played good turn bet
4) As played b/f and x/c river are close but definitely no other option to consider

For the record I was villain in this hand, and Hero was the only other thinking player at the table. I thought river was a good bluff catching opportunity in a spot where villain doesn't have much value besides A3xx, which is what I had.

The hand is not interesting from my perspective. I had the wheel and it was straightforward to play.

From his perspective I am not sure exactly what he had but I assume it looked like 2 pair or a set.

And I think it's a mistake for him to be folding that unless he has a good read or expects me to rarely bluff - was seeing if others thought so too. Seems mixed.

Sorry to have deceived, was just easier to pretend we were hero..

I wouldn't ask for help from anyone who doesn't have the mental capacity to understand this and take it into consideration.
