Wow! What are your ALT and AST numbers?

I'm not sure. I've been having blood work done pretty much every week since I was in the hospital a little over a month ago. I got blood drawn again today and can't find my last results right now. They were hoping with me not drinking and eating better my blood work would get better but it hasn't yet I have fatty liver disease and scarring on my liver now they're just checking for cirrhosis.

I do vaguely remember ALT and AST being circled on them but there's obv a tons of numbers and abbreviations that I really don't know what they mean and would rather not. My approach is just to ask a lot of questions and do whatever the doctor tells me to. Within reason

Pro tip: eat healthy, work out, don't drink a lot, dance like no one is watching.

In other news, I went to a fundraiser for my buddy's bar this weekend and my pic ended up in the local paper. As soon as the pic was taken my friend says "who the hell was that?" None of us knew. She then says "if that picture ends up in the paper I'm going to be pissed" lol

Always do!! I'm lucky to even have made it this far. I'm lucky as hell to be able to go to the doctors I go to. I can just sit back and relax and let nature take its course and enjoy every minute of it. The pain part sucks but it's better than not feeling anything. There are tons of people in worse spots than me

Although not having wawa delivery is a pretty big downer

I recently bought a house and I got my municipal tax bill today. In addition to the house I purchased, I was also sent a tax bill for a second property that, according to the city, I am legal owner of. I assume this is some mix-up at city hall, but I have to change my address on my car registration, and that's in the same building as the land registry office so I'm going to check who actually owns that house. I hope it's me!

I just got asked to be the best man in my buddies wedding (I let his call go to voicemail because I don't really know why) . I'm not really good at that kinda stuff but I gotta do it, right?

Alright, I clicked it. It looks to me like people are rating which guests/hosts they dislike the most. To me (I've never listened to to the show) it looks like a bunch of names I've never seen before in list form with explanations as to why that person sucks. That thread has been around since '08. Pretty impressive imo.

Yeah, I'm 31. The doctors/nurses aren't particularly impressed with my age and health combo.

He's a great guy. The only reason I'd say no is for selfish reasons. I'm not particularly good at giving speeches or organizing things for a bunch of people. I just don't really want to be in that spot but it's not about me. I'll just suck it up and do my best. He's always been a good friend to me.
