...just the way i like 'em.

havarti is a great sandwich cheese, especially smoked versions. my only nit is i'd like to see some heat on that meat and cheese, but i can also appreciate a cold sandwich done well.

Jersey Mike’s Club Supreme extra meat and cheese, not Mike’s way w brown mustard. Being honest it would have been enhanced by mayo, but still was great.

First we rubbed some butter on the griddle, then flopped down four gorgeous, soft, slices of sourdough. Then place a slice of smoked gouda and cheddar. Ingelhoffer mustard and horse sauce. Pastrami and rosbif! So good. Wish I made a 3rd.

in the middle is shallot and mushroom sauteed in kerry gold butter. deli roast beef around the edges added right at the end to take the chill off.

Crab cake BLT from a local Phoenix spot. Brioche bun and the crab cake were super soft, but the bacon wasn't crisp, more chewy. Made it kind of tough to eat without making a mess, but tasted pretty good.

Even though I generally believe bacon makes everything better would’ve of never considered crabcake and bacon.
