Still another for Lasik. Losing the cokebottles was such a happy day for me. If I had to ask for a refund of everything dollar I've ever spent, in reverse order of my satisfaction with spending the money, my Lasik surgery would be last on the list.

My car which I bought 2 years ago when gas prices briefly dipped below $2/gallon.

It was 1 year old and I got it for $15k. This car now sells on ebay for $16k. So I drove a car for 2 years, spent maybe $800 on gas and could sell it for a profit now. Honda insight FTW!

Oh yeah tivo also is vn. I got a great deal on mine where I paid $150 and got a box + 1 year subscription. They hooked me with that though lol as now I cannot watch television without it

Oh yeah, TiVo's a good one, saves so much time of watching junk, but I can one-up you.

Lifetime subscription to TiVo : $250 ; paid for itself really quick and I never have to worry about that bill. So happy with that purchase because I can just forget about it.

Weber gas grill. Genesis Silver I think is the model I got. $400 and I've probably grilled up 400 meals on it over the course of 6 years. The benefits are much farther-ranging though--since the grill offers instant, easy cleanup and is amazingly simple to use to prepare delicious grub, it meant I was cooking for myself much more frequently. Obviously this has some serious health benefits, but also spawned a new hobby of grilling that expanded into wider cooking.

Probably something poker related as it built towards a lifestyle and tons of other good purchases, couldn't narrow it down though.

As for a purchase that I was really on the fence about but got and am thankful I did every day, it would be my Boston Terrier pup.

i bought a print at a garage sale once for $2 and sold it on ebay for $1400. That's probably my "best" purchase.

i would have also said trips (Ireland, France, St. Maarten, etc.) but FFK stole it.

As far as products go, its probably my first ipod and its not even close. lasted me years.
