To all who say they toss and turn every night, try taking Melatonin a couple hours before bed. It knocks me out cold and I don't feel groggy in the morning.

100% full night sleep on my back with my arms crossed across my body like a corpose. I can nap on a couch on my side, but I can't sleep a full night in my bed like that.

i wish i had a donut to put my head on when sleeping on stomach, that would make it a ton more comfortable

I sleep best on my back but will sleep on my side to change it up 1 or 2 times a week. My roommate recently told me he only sleeps on his side to avoid sleep paralysis. Is there any truth to this? I have experienced it 2-3 times in my life, always while on my back but had no idea there was a possible correlation.

I've heard sleep paralysis is more likely to happen when on your back but the increased likelihood isn't significant.

Sleep paralysis only lasts like 10-15 seconds and isn't a big deal. I mean, unless you're a little bitch or something.

I've been sleeping on my back more often lately, as I've found I'm more likely to remember my dreams this way.

Melatonin has helped me a lot with some minor sleep problems. I also gave me very vivid dreams.

80% side, 20% back. A lot of times I can only breathe through one nostril when I'm going to sleep so I lay on that side and it works like a gravitational breathe-rite strip.

Any certain type? I sometimes wake up in middle of night after taking it and or feel groggy in morning.

Seriously, anyone dumb enough to believe people who crack spines deserves the worst sleep of their lives.
it's pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain cell that sleeping on your stomach is clearly less than great for your spine and neck.

sure, i suppose there is a way to engineer a neutral position on your front, where you somehow recreate a massage bed using tons of pillows. i'm also sure pretty much no one is doing that.

i sleep on my side exclusively and i get sleep paralysis like once a month.

sleep paralysis isn't bad anymore because when it happens i know what it is and just wait it out and think about something interesting instead.

As a youth belly sleepy. When you sleep on your stomach - your usually off the pillow and yo head is parallel to ya body. Instead of on the cusion(s) in my experience.

Types of dreams? Not that I remember, it's been a while though. One thing I did notice was that I built up a slight tolerance in the month or so I used it. I think I went from 1 mg a night to 2.

That is a small dosage. I've tried it but haven't noticed much of anything
